In the conference rooms we have laptops, video projectors, wireless presentation devices and blackboards with chalk/marker. Overhead projectors are available on request.
All laptops are equipped with USB plugs, so a USB flash drive is a preferable data storage device for file transfer.
Microsoft Windows XP/7 operating system runs on the conference laptops. Portable Document Format (.pdf) is a preferable format for a presentation file. The Organizing Committee cannot install any additional software on these computers.
Let us know in advance if you need to use an overhead projector or your own laptop at a lecture.
